  been reading for a while, decided it was time to jump in.

  mentally i am completely cleansed of this thing, but still have to maintain a minimal involvement for spouse and family.

  the quote comes from page 261 of the paperback edition of the audacity of hope.. he couildn't march in solidarity.

  Actually he would be speaking against the Jihadists whom he believes are the ones distorting and 'slandering' the prophet Mohammed. He might be wrong in his belief that Islam is a religion of peace, as with the Old Testament and the New, but that is a typical Liberal assumption as regarding the 'peacefulness' of all religions.

  It's good to hear that kind of news as well as the fact that one of the policemen who was killed was also a Muslim. Hopefully the media will report on that. Thank you, Giordano, for this post.

  I suggest you try to minimize your torture by not attending that meeting. Short of a divorce I would simply suggest you stay separated but that will remove your chance of remarriage.

  besides some cosmetic tweaks the most notable new feature is the ability to see a listing of the topics someone has posted on - this includes topics they started as well as topics they replied to.. it will look like this when you go to a user page or your own profile page:.

  For some reason I keep getting mysteriously misdirected to this site even though I don't click on anything. It happens without my even moving my mouse over anything. It seems to happen when I try to access anything under Active Topics. Weird.

  Update: It doesn't seem to happen when I use Firefox instead of IE.
